- Your instep girth
- Your shoe size

Measuring is easy and won't take long. Follow the steps below, send us your measurements, and you'll get the most comfortable shoes tailored to your feet.
Note: This method is for closed shoes. If you are ordering an open shoe, such as a slipper or half shoe, follow the method in the open shoes video instead.
What you need
- A sock
- A plain sheet of paper
- A pencil or pen
- A tape measure
Note: When tracing your foot, hold the pen upright, not tilted, so the outline is accurate. If one of your feet is bigger than the other, tell our production team when you send your measurements.
Step 1: Put on your sock and place your foot on the sheet of paper.
Step 2: Trace the outline of your foot. Then draw a horizontal line across the tip of your longest toe, and another horizontal line across the back of your heel.
Step 3: Measure your ball girth. Wrap the tape measure once around the widest part of your foot, passing over the bony joint at the base of your big toe and the bony joint at the base of your little toe.
Step 4: Measure your instep girth. Wrap the tape measure around the highest part of the top of your foot, close to your ankle, and under the arch of your foot.
Write down the values from the tape measure in inches.
Final step: Find your shoe size. Place the 14 cm mark of your tape measure on the toe line you drew on the paper, then measure down to the heel line to get your shoe size.
Now send us your three measurements (ball girth, instep girth and shoe size) so we can create the comfort you deserve.
